SoftBase/Collectors Edition costs just $25.00 each for up to ten copies, plus $2.00 Shipping and Handling for one to ten copies shipped on CD-ROM.  That price entitles you to one copy of the software, and unlimited version upgrades and technical support.  (If you wish to purchase more than ten copies, please contact our sales department and ask about volume pricing.)  For your convenience, we offer four payment methods: Internet orders via credit card Telephone orders via credit card Check or money order Internet orders via Paypal Before ordering SoftBase/Collectors Edition, please be sure that your computer meets the following minimum system requirements.  To use SoftBase/Collectors Edition you will need a computer that has Windows XP or Vista.  (Earlier versions of Windows are supported with a FREE download of the file "GDIPlus.dll" from the Microsoft website).  The minimum screen resolution required is 800 by 600 pixels. For all forms of ordering, except for check or money order, you will be sent an order confirmation email either from us, RegSoft (described below), or from Paypal.  You will also, depending on the ordering method used, get a second email from us or RegSoft, containing a license key.  You may not receive these emails if you have a spam filter set up on your email.  So if you do not receive your emails in a timely manner, please check your spam folder to see if they have been blocked.  Unfortunately, due to the wide variety of email clients used, we cannot provide specific instructions for how to do this.  Please check with your email provider for instructions. Internet Orders When ordering by credit card on our website, we accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Eurocard. In order to keep our costs low and pass the savings along to you, we use a third party credit card processor, RegSoft.  By using RegSoft, we can offer a wide variety of credit card payment options without the expense of the monthly fees these card issuers charge merchants.  RegSoft also handles distribution of license keys; so you can receive your key, register your software, and get working even on weekends and holidays when we aren't in the office to process orders!  Best of all, RegSoft hosts for us secure order forms that use 128-bit SSL technology, so you're assured of a safe and secure transaction with a stable company. When you click the RegSoft Online Purchasing button below, you will be taken to our secure order form, hosted by RegSoft, where you can complete your transaction.  By the way, RegSoft does not share your credit card information with us. We offer two methods of delivery for your purchase.  The first is electronic.  With this method, upon receipt of payment RegSoft will Email to you a registration code.  This code unlocks the demo version, which you can download from the Demo page.  It generally takes up to four or five hours to receive your registration code once you have placed your order. The second method of delivery is via United States Postal Service.  With this method, when RegSoft notifies us that your payment has been received, we will ship the software to you on CD-ROM.  Orders are shipped within two business days.  Remember that orders shipped on CD-ROM will include a $2.00 shipping charge. Checks/Money Orders You can purchase SoftBase/Collectors Edition directly from us using a money order, personal or cashiers check, or travellers check.  The cost is $25.00 per copy (Florida residents please add 7% sales tax) plus $2.00 Shipping and Handling for one to ten copies.  Funds must be drawn on a US bank.  If paying by personal check, we will ship your order when the check clears our bank, which can take up to ten business days.  For all other payments, your order will be shipped within two business days. Paypal Orders If you are a Paypal member you can purchase single copies of SoftBase using a credit card, e-check, or your account balance.  When you click one of the buttons below you will be taken to a secure order form hosted by PayPal where you can complete your transaction. After you complete your order, PayPal will send a payment confimation Email to you.  We too will receive from Paypal a notification of your payment, along with your Email and postal address.  PayPal does not include your credit card information in the Email to Collectible Solutions. If you order the electronic delivery, you will receive an email from us containing your license key and instructions for downloading the software (if you are not already using the Demo version) and registering it.  We typically send these emails within 4-12 hours on regular business days; weekends and holidays may delay this.  If you order the software shipped to you on CD, your order will be shipped within two business days. Please note that there is a $2.00 shipping and handling charge added to the $25.00 for orders shipped through the Post Office.  There is no shipping and handling charge for the electronic download. To expedite the delivery of your license key, or order confirmation, please be sure that Paypal has your current Email (and Postal) address on file!  We have received several orders from people whose Email address has changed, and follow-up Emails from them at their new address asking why they have not received their license key!  We can only contact you if Paypal provides us with a valid Email address.  Thank You! Also, we occasionally do not receive emails from Paypal in a timely manner (five days in one instance), so if you have not received a confirmation email from us within 12 hours on a regular business day, please send an email to our orders department and we will follow up on our end.
